Because it's makes riding more fun. When you come in to the wake and start riding up it, the board flexes. Then once you leave the top of the wake it snaps back creating a real snappy, fun pop. Once you come back down, just put the tail down first (just like snowboarding) and the board flexes out the impact. Making for softer landings, and better knees. It's just a totally different ride that you can't get any where else.

I ride Slingshot because it reignited my fire and love for wakeboarding. Having a board that flexes underneath you gives you more feel for the water and just riding in general, the board just feels alive under your feet rather than a plank thats on its own mission. The way these boards pop and land when riding the wake and bend and really get flush to the rail when hitting rails really just forces me to have a good time while im out there.
