Can I ship internationally from slingshotsports.com?
We do not ship directly to International Customers. Please reach out to your local dealer/importer to purchase product. If you need help finding an authorized dealer in your area, please search the Slingshot Dealer Locator
I would like to do will call pick-up, what is this and how does it work?
Will call is an option if you would like to pick-up your order at our warehouse in N. Bonneville, Washington during designated hours.
Please see below for address and instructions:
Location: 390 Evergree Drive, Suite E&F, N. Bonneville, WA 98639 (will call is in the warehouse at the north garage door entrance)
Hours: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM | Monday - Friday
-Will call pick-up is at the North Bonneville location only
-You must bring a copy of your sales order and ID
-Please do not unpack your products at the warehouse
-Changes or new orders can only be done through your online account or by calling Customer Service
-Please arrive with all necessary straps/racks required to transport your order
-All order must be picked up within 5 business days of placing the order
-If you have selected will call in error, please call us at 509-427-4950 so we can assist in getting your order shipped out.
Can I have some stickers?
We would be happy to send stickers out to you. All you need to do is send us a self-addressed pre-stamped envelope and we will get these out to you when we get your letter.

Can I work for Slingshot?
Thank you for your interest in becoming part of our team. We pride ourselves in being a great company to work for in the action sports industry. At this time we do not have any open positions but if you would like to email us your resume and why you think you would be a good addition to our team we will keep your information on file should any opportunities become available that fit your qualifications.

Thanks for your interest in becoming a team rider! We do not have any open positions for riders right now. Please feel free get in touch with your local Slingshot dealer or distributor to see if they’re looking for someone to help promote the brand and the sport in your region.
What is your Warranty Policy?
We are here to help and get you back on the water. Please refer to our Warranty Policy and Warranty Form.
What is your Return Policy?
To return or exchange your item you must have a Return Authorization Number ("RA#"). If you do not have a RA# please contact Customer Service at 509-427-4950. Authorized Dealers and Partners please be sure to contact your Sales Rep. or Customer Service prior to returning or exchanging items.
Please see details below regarding our return policy and process:
- All returns/exchanges must be submitted within 45 days of the original order date.
- Original sales order number is required to process all returns and exchanges.
- Return shipments without a RA# clearly marked on the outside & inside of the box, will not be processed.
- For all exchanges you must tell a Customer Service Representative what exchange item you would like to order as well as the shipping address for the exchange to be shipped to. This information is required prior to issuing a RA#.
- All returned item/s must be unused, in original packaging and in condition to be re-sold.
- Refunds will be processed pending receipt, review and approval of returned item/s.
- Refunds for the amount of returned item/s (excluding shipping) will be issued via the original form of payment or as a credit on the buyer’s account.
- Exchanges will be processed and shipped after return has been approved.
- Returns and exchanges are processed between 3-7 days of receipt.
- Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.

Will call is the method of delivery for gear that is purchased on our slingshotsports.com webstore that will be picked-up at our warehouse in N. Bonneville, Washington.
If you select will call you are choosing to pick up your gear during the designated hours and we will not shop your order. All will call orders must be approved. Once your will call order is approved and ready for pick-up, you will receive one email that your order has “shipped” and second email with the will call instructions and directions.
